Pricing policies &
rig requirements
We accept bumper pull travel trailers, 5th wheel travel trailers, hybrid campers and motor coaches. We cannot accept park models, destination trailers or tents or travel trailers that exceed our size limits.
Due to our POA covenants, we do not accept pull behind travel trailers with slides or 5th wheel travel trailers with slides and they cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft in width in their fully installed condition (which are to include tip outs and slide outs).
Things To Know Before Your Stay
At Time of Booking 100% of total stay is collected. 50% of that is the deposit which is held in accordance to the cancellation policy.
This deposit confirms the reservation but does not guarantee the site selected.
Site will be confirmed 30 days prior to check in date switching the 50% deposit from a refundable to non refundable deposit.
Management reserves the right to move reservations/unconfirmed sites to a waitlist or a different site.
RV information must be accurate to the RV entering the resort, any change/difference can result in being turned away with no refund.
Cancellation/Date Shift/Site Transfer Policy
31+ days before date of check in: Refund of 100% Total Collected Amount
30 days or less from date of check in: No Refund of the 50% deposit
You may arrive for check-in as early as 12pm.
No refund will be issued for early departure.
If you are a “No Show” for your reservation No refund will be given at all.
Military rate will be applied at check-in with Active or Retired Military DOD issued ID Card.
To receive the extended stay discounted rate, guest must remain on the same site.
Pull behind travel trailers and fifth wheel travel trailers cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft. in width in their fully installed condition (which eight feet includes tip outs or slide outs) and will be verified upon arrival.
WiFi and cable are an added amenity at no extra charge and not guaranteed. No refund or proration of stay will be issued due to loss of any additional amenity or amenities.
We do not accept park models, destination trailers or tents.
Due to the natural foliage of the Resort Satellite TV signal is not guaranteed on any site.
An external black water sewer line is required and will be verified.
Truck camper shells must remain on truck body at all times while in the resort.
Quiet Time is from 10pm to 7am.
Rate is for four people over the age of 13, additional occupants are subject to a fee of $3.00 per person per night.
Convenience Fee for credit card usage is 3% for total balance. We accept cash and/or check without a fee.
Pets are to be on a leash at all times and picked up after.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation, reschedule and no show policy requires notice at thirty days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeit of the 50% deposit. This 50% deposit will automatically be charged at time of making the reservation as part of the overall collected amount for your stay. If you are a “No Show” for your reservation No refund will be given at all. This cancellation fee is non refundable 30 days or less prior to the check in date. 31+ days prior to reservation the deposit will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation. Rate is for four people over the age of 13, additional occupants are subject to a fee of $3.00 per person per night. Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee a site. We reserve the right to move reservation’s to a waitlist in the event the resort is sold out.
State of Emergency: Any cancellation that the original check in date is the same date that the State of Emergency for South Carolina Beaufort County is put into effect the cancellation fee will be refunded.
Example, one is due to check in on 10/01/2018 and the state of emergency is issued on the same date or any date prior that encompasses that date the refund will be issued. However if one is due to check in on 10/01/2019 and the State of Emergency is not put into effect until 10/02/2019 the cancellation fee will stand.
If a cancellation is given at any time when the State of Emergency is already in effect no cancellation fee will be charged.
Hurricane Mandatory Evacuation Order: In the event South Carolina’s Governor issues a mandatory evacuation, all guests in the Resort are required to leave prior to said Evacuation order being put into effect. Please keep in mind, in the past, this time frame has been in as little as 12 hours prior to the order going into effect. In the event we are ordered to clear the Resort from the Governor’s office a full refund of the remaining time on each stay will be refunded, or can be applied as a credit to a future stay.
